WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Everything from HALO is backed by our 100% guarantee from damages and defects. If you're not completely satisfied with your HALO purchase, please return it within 14 days of delivery before March 22, 2024, due to the specialty product leading up to the Eclipse. As long as your purchase is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition it reached you, we'll give you a full refund for the product value. Customer is responsible for shipping.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS?
We dispatch our HALO spectacles in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged items from HALO, please email us ( hello@haloeclipse.com ) within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and we will replace or refund your order right away.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I'VE BOUGHT?
Return delivery is free within the United States when you use our prepaid return label for products that are defective. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is available at a discounted rate depending on the delivery country. Please contact us at hello@haloeclipse.com for region-specific rates.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When we receive the returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm arrival. Please allow us 7 business days to process your refund and credit this to the original payment type, for the original purchase price you paid. Remember payments to your credit card will depend on your bank or credit institution.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY REFUND?
Sometimes your bank or credit card will take additional time to process returns, so you might want to check with them first. But please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at hello@haloeclipse.com if you have questions about your return.

CAN I EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase for something else, you will need to return the item following our return policy and then make a new purchase for the item you want. Please note that our return policy allows for returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
